Dark Milk
Don't be fooled by the name: this is nothing like the milk chocolate you've seen at the local supermarket. With a cocoa content of almost 60%, this bar will give you a strong chocolate flavour that is complemented by creamy milk aromas.
Four Ingredients: Organic cocoa beans from Bocas del Toro, unrefined raw Australian sugar, Australian full cream milk powder and organic cocoa butter.
 
Chai Our Dark Milk Chai chocolate is made from beans from a single estate on the Solomon Islands. We feel our blend of whole spices combines well with the intense chocolate and creamy milk aromas to create a masala chai style chocolate bar.

Malted Milk
When we first heard about the Voyager Craft Malt guys a while ago, we decided we just had to make a malted dark milk bar. We use a blend of their Atlas and Veloria malts and find the flavours complement the cocoa from the Solomon Islands extremely well. Proudly hand crafted from bean to bar in Western Australia.
