Our super premium chocolate spread is made from three simple ingredients:
- Cocoa beans from a single estate on the Solomon Islands
- Sandalwood nuts from a farm in York, Western Australia
- Unrefined Australian raw sugar
With no nasty additives and a transparent supply chain, this is a great replacement for the famous "nut" spreads that are mainly made up of refined sugar and palm oil.
Wilarak is the Noongar name for Sandalwood nuts. We acknowledge the Noongar as the traditional custodians of the land where Cailo Chocolate is made. We pay our respects to their past, present and emerging Elders.
