Lemon Myrtle is a rainforest plant that grows naturally on the east coast of Australia. As one of the more popular bush foods, the crushed leaves of this subtropical rainforest tree have an intense lemon flavour. While orange is the citrus scent most commonly paired with dark chocolate, we're of the opinion that lemon works just as well!
