When we first heard about the Voyager Craft Malt guys a while ago, we decided we just had to make a malted dark milk bar. We use a blend of their Atlas and Veloria malts and find the flavours complement the cocoa from the Solomon Islands extremely well. Proudly hand crafted from bean to bar in Western Australia.
