This bar is made with beans from a single estate on the Solomon Islands. It's a great example for how much flavour intensity can be achieved from beans alone. Awarded a Gold Medal at the 2018 Australian Food Awards in the bean-to-bar chocolate category.

Two ingredients: Organic cocoa beans from the Solomon Islands and unrefined raw cane sugar from Queensland.
